Shipping: We ship within the continental United States and Canada using the United States Postal Service unless otherwise requested or specified. All shipping rates are included in the prices and are based on ground shipping with the USPS. Personalized items will be shipped 2-3 days after ordering. Ground shipping will take approximately 7 days.

International orders are accepted upon email request.

Ordering Information: Please provide completed address, including street, apartment or suite number, city, state and zip code. Whenever possible, please include a telephone number for the recipient.

Re-delivery charge is an additional $20.00.

Claims for in-transit damages must be filed according to the individual carrier's rules. Should your gift be damaged while being shipped, please be sure to retain all packaging in order to process your claim.

Guarantees, Returns & Refunds: The satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost importance. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will happily replace or exchange items, upon receipt of the returned original product. Please contact us via telephone within 48 hours of receipt for an authorized return. Only authorized returns will be accepted. Call us at 360-450-2114 for information and authorization.

Substitutions: Photos may show items that are seasonal or no longer available. We reserve the right to replace items with another of equal or greater value based on availability.

Methods of Payment: We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and PayPal. Please note that when paying by PayPal (e-cheque), your order will not be processed until complete payment has been received which may take up to 7 days.
